VINYL FLOORING TYPES
We offer two types of vinyl flooring:
PLANK AND TILE
Of the 3 types of vinyl flooring, vinyl plank is most commonly used. Vinyl Plank is designed to give floor the appearance of a hardwood floor at a lower cost.
Though the appearance of luxury vinyl may be similar to laminate, vinyl is much more durable. Whereas laminate flooring is susceptible to moisture and humidity, luxury vinyl can be 100% waterproof.
Another important factor to consider is longevity. Luxury vinyl has an average lifetime twice that of laminate. Additionally, it requires far less maintenance.
STYLES
The style of your luxury vinyl flooring will depend on the type of vinyl you chose.
In general however vinyl flooring has as large of a variety of style choices as laminate does.
Vinyl Plank flooring can imitate a variety of different types of hardwood and similar to hardwood there are multiple levels of gloss to choose from.
Vinyl Tile Flooring is designed to look like natural stone tiles and can imitate just about any tile.
Recently, textured vinyl flooring has also started to be manufactured.
